You may exchange or return within 3 days of receipt, provided items are in original condition, unused and unwashed.

Items personalized with your logo (print or embroidery)

Guaranteed: the item and print or embroidery match the mockup you approved. As they are made specially for you, they cannot be exchanged or returned unless the garment or decoration is faulty or differs from the approved design.

If the error is ours

We exchange or repair free of charge: wrong product, incorrect size, garment defect, or print or embroidery that differs from the design.

Voluntary changes to plain items (no logo)

Exchanges (color, size, model): 3 JD delivery. Returns: we refund the items only; the customer pays 3 JD return shipping.
